After four years of planning, and only six weeks to build out the space, Rustic Cork opened their newest location at the Port of Everett. Owner Kelsey Olson is excited to offer wine tastings, wine pairings, paint and sips, live music, and small plates to Everett residents.
Rustic Cork's Everett location serves wine exclusively from Washington State, and all of their beer is sourced directly from Port of Everett breweries, including Diamond Knot, Sound2Summit, and Scuttlebutt.

Olson encourages residents to sign up for the Cork Club annual membership, which includes a free tasting flight every month and discounts on bottles - available at all locations. Those who sign up in December will receive free membership for the month. She's also excited to offer their dog-friendly patio for summer events in 2026.
Attendees at the ribbon-cutting ceremony included Mayor Cassie Franklin, Port of Everett commissioners David Simpson and Tom Stiger, and Port of Everett Executive Director Lisa Lefeber.
