The Net Shed, a new casual, upscale seafood restaurant with a year-round fish market, has officially opened in the Port of Everett after a soft launch earlier this month. Managed by The Way Group Hospitality (TWGH), The Net Shed is the latest addition to their portfolio, including Tapped Public House and The Way Anywhere.

Sean Drought, co-owner of TWGH, says The Net Shed was carefully planned since 2023 with city and port officials to respect, "the grit and determination of Everett's industrial history, as well as the families and companies which have operated from this pier for the last hundred years."
"Every year we do a thanksgiving drive ... this year we gave away 3600 meals, with 250 volunteers from the community. Next year the goal is to deliver 10,000 meals." - Sean Drought
Although some fish is brought in from across the US, The Net Shed will source local ingredients from the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, and Alaska - with a focus on high quality.
